If no, perhaps it is just a skin pore infection IF you are shaving your part (sometimes when we shave and the very short hair stucked inside the skin and couldn't come out will give you the pimple like red bump on any part of the body.)

i think its chicken skin or somethingg because chicken skin is when you have little dots on your arm or thighs or calves or something like that and you can go to a dermatologist to check it out but it usually goes away on its own, and if it doesnt, its like ,completly normal ,

You can't get rid of it. I have it too. If you keep it moisterised then it calms down a little.. But other than that, you can't do anything about it. I feel your pain, lol.
