Spots? Do you mean freckles? If so, no, it doesn't matter to me at all.Do women like men better without spots or doesn't it matter?
acne...? lets face it... acne is not considered attractive and girls arent generally drawn to guys w acne, but guys can get away with it more than girls can. so if u have a really shining personality that is a plus... also being funny helps too... if it is a real concern to you i would try acutane from your derm... it is AMAZING
