You can't hide from genetics but I wash my face with water. No soap or cleansers. I get compliments on my skin. As you get older you may need a face cream, but keep it light. You will get spots if you are allergic to whatever you put on your skin. Some spots just happen thou. Age will give you more spots.Can u prevent spots by washin ur face reguarly or is it just natural?
depends what kinds of spots. acne??---yes it will go away. but if its scarred over probably not fully. im not sure what you mean by this but hopefully i helped just a little.
