I have skin that sound very similar to yours and I used to love the maybelline pure foundation (now I am too pale to use it, and they don't have any lighter colours but I digress). It worked so nicely and didn't cause me to have any more blemishes or anything. Mousse makup is not very good for oily skin, try covergirl or neutrogena.
Try Clinique. You shouldnt use the liquid foundation because of your oily skin. But all Clinique products are water-based, which means they arent harsh on skin. As for the foundation, use a powder foundation from clinique. They have this new pencil concealer that gets rid of pimples and makes your skin look flawless at the same time!! you should try clinique.
if your skin is oily, you shouldn't use liquid fundation. that can make you break out even more. use a powder foundation, and a light mosturizer at night. sometimes your skin produces extra oil to compensate if your skin is very dry. mosturizer may solve this problem.
