Getting rid of spots quickly.?

Hi, i am going to a wedding on saturday and want to have clearer skin that i have got now?


has anyone got any ideas? I will do anything, however many times a day or whatever.

If you wear make up:


before you put your make up on get some clearway wipes and wipe i all over your face and down your neak, then apply the make up then onces you are ready to remove your make up get one wipe and wipe it all over your face then go and use some spot gel and rinse it off with cold clean water.





not wearing makeup:


use wipes,spot stick,spot gel and just wash your face everyday but dont use soap because it blockes your pours you need to open your pours

toothpaste on them often works - but can burn your skin, so be careful. Also it is red and swollen putting an ice cube on it can take the inflammation down.


Freederm is very good too, apply it every two hours or so and only a tiny bit at a time.
