Get a flannel and soak it under very warm water, then hold it up to the spot. When in cools, repeat the process twice more. This softens the skin, so it's easier to remove. Do not squeeze the area - this will only damage your skin. Break the surface once - very gently - with a sterilized pin, and repeat step 1 three times more. Apply an antiseptic like Betadine to the area with a cotton tip, and avoid touching it as much as possible. Tomorrow morning, wash your face like usual but do not mess with the blemish - it will only make it more red.
The chances are, you will still have the spot in the morning, but it will most-likely be much smaller. Cover it with a liquid concealer followed by powder if you are still concealed. i called zits. in 1 day ? you can get rid of it by popping. but takes a while to heal. which I don't recommend because it leave a scar and you don't want that. I suggest leave it and wash your face daily.
