I recently stopped chewing my nails but, now everytime i get nervous or bored my little finger goes in my mouth and it hurts because it's all raw and there are bite marks that don't go away...How can I spot chewing my pinky finger?

I had that same habit in elementary school. My pinkie fingernail was always shorter than the rest, ha. Then I started biting all my nails...so I got this clear nail polish from CVS called Bite Off. It tasted so nasty, I stopped my nail biting habit in just a week. Now my nails get really long before I finally get around to clipping them.
Buy some of that stuff that people put on their child's thumb to stop them from sucking on it. I don't know what it's called, but put a bit on your pinky and eventually you'll learn not to bite it... lol...
take something that tastes REALLY gross and dip your pinky in it ?
