I want my skin to be clear. But when I use on-the-spot treatment it makes my skin break out and itchy.
Any way to get rid of acne without using medicine? How to get rid of acne WITHOUT using any on-the-spot treatments?
Clean your face twice daily, once before bed, once in the AM. Use an acne cleanser with Benzoyl Peroxide, like Neutrogena. Then put on the Neutrogena acne lotion. It is gentle. After use a water-based moisturizer with sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun. Benzoyl Peroxide makes the skin sensitive to the sun. Trust me this combo will keep acne away and the moisturizer will keep your skin from drying out and becoming itchy. Drink plenty of water, eat your veggies, and get some sleep. How to get rid of acne WITHOUT using any on-the-spot treatments?

You must have sensitive skin. There are a few treatments your dermotologist can give you. There is blue light treatment and another (cant think of the name of it) the doctor will run a machine over your face which kill the bacteria under the skin, which for me is the problem. I also use a topical antibiotic which takes the red out.
Do not use any products containing fats such as coconut or cocoa butter as they clog the pores. Do not use any cleansers containing Benzoyl Peroxide you will have the same problem as the on the spot products. Sad to admit the tanning booth is really good at clearing the skin up.
i hear toothpaste works.
or you could visit a doctor or pharmacist and see which skin treatments might be okay for your skin.
drink lots of water

No. Birth control is a medicine. Try Proactiv. At least it isn't a prescription, it just costs more.
cocoa butter every night the cocoa butter cream...this is used for healing
Well you can try tooth paste, but if you have acne prone skin, you should use medicated soap. Proactive is amazing. For the first few weeks you may get more break outs, but the long term effect is awesome. Your problem might also be in your diet. You may want to drink a hell of a lot more water and cut out some greasy foods, that also contributes to acne.
Have you tried at home microdermebrasion? I use that, and it took care of my problems with acne.

Stridex Power Pads
Also gently cleanse your face each day to prevent any more breakouts with something that contains sicylic acid.
But the Stridex Power Pads work amazing for me.
Tea-tree is great, don't use any of the stuff like clearasil and other stuff in ad's, they just ruin your skin, tea-tree is the way to go.
go 2 ur dermatoligist and ask him about it
