It is one of those spots that's not a spot - its a really big hard painful lump under the skin that stays for ages. Its my birthday this week and I want it to be gone!Whats the quickest way to get rid of this hard lumpy spot on my chin?

I have one too! I am a gymnast and i fell off on beam and i hit my chin and it started gushing blood! and now i have a hard, dent like tissue thing that is under my skin. I suggest that you use vitamin E lotion on it. It reduced the redness and size of my 6 month old lump. It works well on scars as well. You can also try canola oil, which is like the other stuff
