i shaved there and its a bush of dark and thick hair. whenever i shave it it grows back darker, faster ,and thicker. if i wax it with sally hansen waxing strips will it go away or at least grow lighter and less darker. i don't want to get professional waxing and i don't want to shave again. How do you get rid of shaved hair in the private spot?
actually thats not true... its not thicker, its just that the ends are coarsly cut so thats how it appears. try a depilatory cream.. but dont leave it on too long or it'll sting loadz! go to a pharmacy.. they are really widely available. xxHow do you get rid of shaved hair in the private spot?
Has no one every told you when you shave anything it grows back meaner?
It's a myth that shaving hair makes it grow in faster/thicker, whatever. It SEEMS that way because the end of the hair is now blunt from the previous cut instead of tapered, which is how it grows out naturally (and that's why it seems less thick when you wax it 'cause you are pulling those critters out at their roots and not cutting them!) Waxing also removes hair below the skin surface and therefore it takes longer for the hair to grow out again. If you don't like shaving or waxing, the only other option I know of is laser hair removal, which is expensive!
Electrolysis, laser hair removal, wax, plucking, or Nair.
These are your best options for permanent hair removal.
I also recommend that if you shave that you put an unscented antiperspirant on the areas that you shaved.
Shaving pulls the hair up a little bit then cuts it. So then it slides back under the skin and leaves a hole there that dirt and oil can get into. The aluminum in the antiperspirant will fill those pores and prevent them from becoming red and swollen and looking like lots of little zits. Your skill with be smooth and clean. (porn stars use this method)
waxing strips are much better yes, but you need to do the brazilian waxing stuff you can buy it at sally beauty and wal mart other places like that, its not that expensive, but it doesnt hurt as bad and it makes your hair grow thinner, thats one thing its famous for-- but it hurts like a ******
I recomment a cream. I like Veet the best, Nair tends to burn every other time you use it, but Veet doesn't do that. Waxing hurts bad, I only tried it once.
