Do not pop a pimple it makes it worst, wash your face, then put a cream on your face from being dry thats why your skin peels off cuz its dead or dry.
I do this all the time and it's a really bad habit. It left scars all over my chin. Just put acne medication on it. Don't peel the scab off. I'm using differen cream from the doctor. It's great.

I wouldnt use a lotion, id use moisturizer designed for the face. if your skin is dry, itll hydrate it. if you want to put some ance treatment on pimples, make sure it contains Benyzol Peroxide...(spelling is wrong)...but also be sure that the product doesnt contain more than 2% of it. Because it will kill the cells in your skin that are trying to grow and protect your skin from getting bad.
