It sounds like you have acne, which is a medical condition. Go to your GP and he/she can prescribe some medication which will help.





Try to avoid using soap when you wash your face. It aggravates acne.
Drink lots of water, sunbeds can help (I don't know if they work on really bad acne though). If you go to the doctor they can give you treatment.

i know how you feel i have the same problem. i went to the dr and he gave me some cream and its already looking better. hope this helps. :)
If you mean you have acne you should then go and see your doctor and he will prescribe you some low dose antibiotics but remember they take about 6 weeks to start working.


Also cut out all salty snacks and start drinking lots of water .


You should also cut down on all dairy products
I feel your pain buddy but try not to worry they'll get better,


Perhaps visit your doctor who will give you some acne tablets.
