They may be milk spots if they are hard, in which you should massage them.I've got all these little white spots on my forehead, what are they and how can I get rid of them???
These sound like Milia - Small white raised spots under the skin. This is basically the same thing as a blackhead ie trapped sebum. The difference with a blackhead is the sebum is trapped in a hair follicle ie open to the air so goes black on the top from everyday dirt and they are fairly easy to get out. Milia - the sebum is trapped under the skin so more difficult to get out. Best thing to do is steam and massage them regularly. Do not try to squeeze them as they will not come out and you will end up with scarring. If the massage does not work, go to a reputable beauty therapist who can treat them by cauterising them. You will have small red scabs for a few days but this definitely gets rid of them after that.
they are a sign of high cholesterol
if theyve been there for a long time and they are too hard to squeeze, then they are probably oil/sweat glands. give them time because i think the only other way is to have them surgically removed. youre better off consulting a doctor. If theres a cure, the doctor can prescribe you something that you cant get off the shelf.
Considering your question

I have calculated the best thing to do:

when masturbating, wear a sheild
d u use conditioner after shampooing? If u do, maybe u should stop using that, coz it could trigger white spot on the forehead
they are whiteheads, you have to squeeze them out im afraid i think thats the only way to get rid of them, hope this helps.
Hard to say, do you play sports and sweat alot? Are you using a new cream you are allergic to? I recommend that you exfoliate twice per week and cleanse and tone regularly. it could be a build up of dirt getting into your pores across the T-zone. If not, check with a dermatologist.
First things first..is it just acne?

If so a healthy diet and over-the-counter-remedies should work.If not it may be harmless buildup of a substance the skin produces called sebum. If you`re really concerned, see a doctor.
They were probably caused by a bad diet. Eat plenty of fruit 'n' veg %26amp; they'll soon go down. Also try some gel on the spots to clear them up.
