I got acne and they leave red spots that last for months,i need a natural or artificial way to undo them?

Go to a dermatologist. Or, if you want over the counter stuff, get Proactiv. It works great.I got acne and they leave red spots that last for months,i need a natural or artificial way to undo them?
Mild acne consists of small lesions, such as blackheads, whiteheads or pustules, which appear at or near the surface of the skin. As such, mild cases of acne can sometimes be controlled at home by:

*

Gently washing the affected area(s) with warm water and a mild soap twice a day to remove dead skin cells and excess oil

*

Using a topical (applied to the skin) over-the-counter acne treatment containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid

*

Following the Acne Skin Care Guidelines

Most mild acne can be controlled by gently washing the affected area(s) and using a topical preparation, such as benzoyl peroxide.

At-home treatment requires 4-8 weeks to see improvement. Once acne clears, treatment must be continued to prevent new lesions from forming.

Even mild cases of acne may require the help of a dermatologist. If the acne does not respond to at-home treatment, a dermatologist can assess the situation and determine an appropriate therapy. In these cases, combination therapy (two or more treatments) may be used. Combination therapy may include use of a prescription topical antimicrobial or topical retinoid. These prescription topicals can be

very effective in clearing mild acne

She is right. The best solution would be a facial peel at the dermatologist's office, but the next best thing is Proactiv.
I used to have the same problem. Now I use Proactive. That stuff works great! I have clear skin now and I haven't had clear skin since around the 7th grade and I'm in my 30's now.
go to your doctor first.but if i were you i would use proactiv, bcuz it really does work!
I know what you mean...Unfortunately it takes time but I use the following and it helped faster. It's costly though.

the salt is used pefore u apply ur acne treat meant!

before u go to sleep %26amp; after u apply ur normal acne treat meant, apply toothpaste to u skin and let it sit on ur skin the rest of the night!

try to let ur face get as much oxygen as u can allow it!
I spend 4 years with a Dermatologist trying EVERYTHING to get rid of my acne; he then prescribed Accutane and it went away in about 2 months with NO signs of ever having it!

I totally recommend Accutane if you don't have health problems.
