Which is best for fading marks and spots on skin - Bio-oil, Palmer's Cocoa Butter, Lemon juice, or Vitamin E?

Bio-Oil is a fantastic product for helping to fade scars and blemishes such as stretch marks and acne scars. It can be used all over the body and is great for improving the all-over condition of the skin. A little goes a long way! Can be used anywhere on the body.

Vitamin E (you can pierce and use Vitamin E capsules straight on the skin) as a conditioning oil. It is great for protecting and nourishing the skin and reducing the effect of wrinkles. Can be used all over the face and body.

Lemon Juice alone would probably not do much for your skin but it can be combined with other ingredients for a beneficial effect.

Cocoa butter is also highly-recommended as a product which reduces stretch marks and blemishes and is highly-nourishing. Not sure if it can be used on the face or just on the body.

For an all-encapsulating, versatile product, I would recommened Bio-Oil. Although it does not remove them completely, it really does work to fade stretch marks (from personal experience) and a surgery scar on my tummy looks better for using it.Which is best for fading marks and spots on skin - Bio-oil, Palmer's Cocoa Butter, Lemon juice, or Vitamin E?
Depends on what kind of marks you're trying to get rid of. Lemon juice will bleach your skin a little, it's usually used for fading freckles. Cocoa butter, Bio-Oil and vitamin E help the skin to heal, and so they're used for fading things like scars, stretch marks, and acne scars. I've used cocoa butter for scars and had great results, though it works better if the scars are fresh. Good luck!Which is best for fading marks and spots on skin - Bio-oil, Palmer's Cocoa Butter, Lemon juice, or Vitamin E?
