SEEQUIN IDS 4 has hydroquinone in it, which is used to lighten the skin. But you can use anything that has that ingredient. Make sure you don't go overboard with it, since it can lighten the skin you don't want lightened too - and make sure you wear sunblock!What's a great cream to use to help lighten dark spots on my body?
ambi...keep in mind that it will turn your skin darker before it lightens it, but it still works...oh, it stinks really bad too :)
