I don't know exactly what you mean by ';spots'; but if you use a tanning bed you will likely get more spots, of the cancer variety. Not safe.Using a sunbed to clear up spots?
Sunbeds or solarium's,are very bad for your skin. Its worse then suntan.First of all it is dangerous,it can give you skin cancer.It will age you,so why do you want to look older before your time. Also if you want to get rid of your spots and have nice clear skin,you must use skin products to suit your skin type,and for your spots you can use spot gel,and always exfoliate to prevent any breakouts.good luck.
Just let the sun get to them (without make-up) - that'll clear them up. Please do not risk your health for a few spots!
