I have soo many spots ats unreal. It makes me feel really ugly and all i do is cover up with foundation and tons of make up. help! xTips on getting rid of spots :)?
1.Wash your face twice a day with cleanser and toner. DONT use a facecloth, it spreads the bacteria! And when drying your face, pat dry with a clean towel, dont drag it over your skin cos again, it'll spread.
2.Keep your hair off your face, especially fringes and layers (spreading bacteria!).
3. Don't touch your face with your hands if you can help it, and dont let others touch it (again with the spreading!).
4. At night, tie back your hair and make sure you change your pillow case regularly.
5. If you wear make up, make sure to get rid of it all at night. In fact, try not to wear make up at all, give your face a chance to breathe. If you really cant go without it, then try at least one day a week, maybe if you're staying home.
6. For really red spots, use sudocreme at night to take away redness. Also, toothpaste- this does sting some people, though.
7. Drink LOTS of water every day! I mean, lots!
8. Watch your diet. Lots of sugar (even in fruit) is terrible for your skin, as is greasy fatty foods. Eat lots of vegetables, and again with the water! ;)
9. Get at least 8 hours sleep every night to give you body a chance to rest and catch up.
If this doesn't help after a few weeks, see your doctor and they'll prescribe something for you. Sometimes girls go on the contraceptive pill to help their skin, but this is fairly extreme, and you may not need to go that far. Good luck! :)Tips on getting rid of spots :)?
well i'm guessing you've already tried all the products in shops and stuff, but i discovered cider vinegar...yes cider vinegar! i used to have bad spots too but after reading about it in a natural beauty book its actually a really good disinfectant. Obviously it stings more than most products so you might want to dilute it a bit in water, but seriously, its a miracle worker, after you've used it for a while. Now whenever i feel a spot emerging i run to the cider vinegar because it stops the spot in its tracks and it doesn't even show up!
You just have to go a few days without foundation on aswell, because during the day your faces sweats and your pores are blocked up so that will seriously cause spots
just remember to cleanse with diluted cider vinegar every night and you will start to see and feel the affects the morning after.
i hope this crazy fact helps you its helped me boost my confidence and i don't use anything else!

Also try dabbing some calamine lotion on the blemish before going to bed.
I have completely blemish free skin but when I get a spot it's big! So I put tea tree antisceptic oil (which you can get in Boots or any chemist) on the blemish before I go to bed which dries the impurities out and it will just fall off while your asleep and doesn't leave a single trace that there was ever a spot there.
Drink lots of water
If its gotten really really bad then you should go to the doctors! ASAP!
the tips might help but nowhere as good as what the doctors prescribe you! + the doctors one is so good you'll defo have a clear face in at most 3 months!
BTW DON'T TRY TOOTHPASTE ITS A MYTH IT DOESNT WORK OR MAKES IT WORSE!
erm try put germerline on.
This might sound weird but putting toothpaste on it helps reduce redness and it makes them smaller and then just clean your face and maybe do a few face masks and eat very healthy and then im sure your face will be free of any xx
This is a tip, my sister did.
Get an ice cub and wrapped it in silver foil and genly rub it over you face, it soon dissapear.
you and i are in the same position...
