Impossible. You could try painiting the spot with a similar coloured dye or you can bleach the whole thing and then dye the whole thing.
Um, you don't. The bleach isn't covering up the brown in your hoodie, the bleach actually removed the dye altogether.
Bleach is permanent. Sorry
