concealer it or foundation it then use a lightly apply powder (of your skin tone of course, haha) of a large area, so people would notice less.. or trial and error with concealer, foundation and powder (but know exactly what you're doing)
like if you only had a small amount of powder it'll look unnatural against the rest of your skinBest way to conceal spots?
I'm honestly not sure whether you apply foundation or concealer on first but I know that you should get a shade or two lighter than you skin tone for concealer for your undereye circles, since it's darker and getting a shade lighter will better blend and conceal the colour. I can imagine getting a shade close to your skin tone and the dark areas still a bit darker.
I also heard on the Tyra Show that you should put some concealer on your hand skin first (if liquid) to warm it up and so it will adapt to your skin tone better. Then apply the warmed concealer to the areas that you need concealing.
Always a good idea to retouch up on your darker areas that need concealing with a concealer after you apply foundation on so you will a better coverage.
wear make up...put a good amt of foundation..u will be f9..
have you tried a bag?
