Hey, i got these spots, but no white heads, just spots like skin, cant pop, hurts when trying to pop. wtf are they?

If they are reddish and slightly raised it could be ackenic keratosis; not quite sure of spelling...sorry. Try exfoliating and moisturizing (they are caused by having dry skin) and use something with AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) to renew the skin.
They are spots, they're just under the skin, which is generally better because they're easy to cover up. Just use clearasil or some other spot cream and they should go away
