a hair cream remover works or waxingAfter I shave I seem to have black spots on my upper and lower legs how do I get rid of them and what are they
Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.

Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are ';permanent'; hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

A review of the various hair removal methods is available at http://tinyurl.com/ob6tt
they are grease smudges, semen will take them off
Depilatory cream (e.g., Nair)? or use hydrogen peroxide to make them blonde and less noticeable.
its either the hair root or hairs that have not popped thro the skin,if they are un the skin thats whats called an ';ingrown hair';,u need to pluck these hairs b/c they can become infected,if u wax the roots should come out but i HATE waxing...try nair or something
the black spots are the TIPS OF YOUR HAIR.... lemon juice is a natural skin lightener.... try that or just waxing the hair so you dont see it...
