Good spots to pin buttons?

My girlfriend and I are wondering where we should pin buttons. We've already thought to pin jackets and bags, and belts would be too hard to thread.Good spots to pin buttons?
Like you said, jackets and bags, but there are hats, the pockets of your jeans, even your sneakers! (converse would probably look best). Your backpacks, on your tie, and I bet it would work on a belt if it was cloth, not leather.

You can put them anywhere you have cloth. Depending on how cold it is, on a scarf with them trailing down the ';tail';.





I've seen people put them in the headliner of their car. I wouldn't do it with an expenive car though.





A favorite hat. Backpacks. If you collect them, you can go to a fabric store and get a piece of fabric you like. Tack it on a wall and pin your collection on it.





Lot's of ways to use buttons. Have fun with them.
