I don't know if there is anyway of removing them. I've got them all over my nose, my back, and my chest. Last yr I went to the beach almost every weekend, and they just started appearing. It's wise to get a doctor to have a wee look at them just in case, cause you never know. They can also tell you what to look out for, in case these spots were to change ie. in size or colour, plus get advice on how to prepare your skin better for the sun. They are probably just freckles, but better to be safe than sorry!
THEY ARE PROBABLY PERMANENT FRECKLES, get a different sunscreen in future...to remove then you could get a cream from the chemist that fades freckles or a chemical peel but that cant be done at home..
You should try a fade cream to help get rid of the freckles. A visit to the dermatologist wouldn't hurt either. Depending on how old you are you should also visit the dermatologist on a yearly basis for a skin cancer screening. Really bad burns like that damages your skin and can lead to skin cancer in the future. It's better to be safe than sorry so make sure you see your dermatologist.
sounds like you just got some freckles. Its probably nothing serious, but you're pretty much stuck with them. If you stay out of the sun, they'll fade, but as soon as you expose your shoulders to the sun again, the freckles will just come back. If any of the spots look funny, go see your doctor. By funny I mean, if they aren't generally circular, or if the brown color isn't evenly distributed thru the spot itself, if the freckle is raised, if its a color other than brown (red, pink, white). and remember next time you're out in the sun that you need to re-apply your sunblock frequently, especially to places that are sensitive and/or don't usually get a lot of exposure to the sun. :-)

You should have a dermatologist look at these if you haven't already. I don't want to unduly alarm you but, skin cancer is nothing to fool with and you need to be sure. We definitely know that prolonged exposure can be a problem, we just don't know how little it takes to create a problem. These might turn out to be nothing but a little inconvenience, but its best to check. Early detection gives the highest rate of successful treatment.

If the beauty spots change shape or itch, or become raised, then I would see a doctor.

VASELINE!!! no way pls dont do that!!! vaseline should be banned! its a by-product of crude oil i.e diesel or petrol. hence the name petroleum jelly! da only thing vaseline does is cover da spots so dirt doesnt get through, would help remove scars! da BEST product to help scars and heal it BIO-OIL!!! im sure every country has, in UK%26amp;US is at boots or superdrugs. its NON-OILY so great for ur oily complexion!
also witch hazel water and rose water is great for spots and oily skin. go to a health shop u can get these floral waters and u as toner! 100% natural, free of alcohol and H2O so doesnt dry skin out either!Face mask for scars and red spots and oily skin???
A cucumber mask really helps in controlling the oil of the skin :)

Rub a slice of lemon all over your face and allow the juices to sit for about 30-60 seconds. The citrus acid will exfoliate your skin and help lighten the dark spots. Then wash it off with warm water followed by a good face lotion.
BUT BEWARE--b/c lemons contain citrus acid, it will BURN if you have ANY wounds. I learned this the hard and painful way. Even if you plucked a hair early in the day and you try this at 10pm at night, it will still burn. The stinging stops once you wash it off with water.
Even though it can be painful, it's a great way to exfoliate your face naturally. I do this 2-3 times a week depending on how my skin is acting. Too much will dry it out.
